In addition to our water sport activities - the San Diego Rowing Club offers you personal training opportunities for:

  1. Core fitness
  2. Ergometer training (whole body spinning)
  3. Weight training
     

We host free ROWING EXPERIENCE colloquiua  that  address:

  1. Sports Nutrition  for intense, aerobic activity
  2. Sports Psychology
  3. The Physics of Rowing

and other topics such as Mission Bay ecology and Team Dynamics / Leadership.
